RedLetterMedia became internet famous for this 70 Minute review of 1999’s Star Wars Episode 1: The Phantom Menace. Presented by his persona of “Harry S. Plinkett”, we get a spot on (brutal) review of a deeply flawed movie that could have been written by a 3rd grader.

For a good example of just how funny and honest this review is, just check out this part. Here, four fans are asked to describe a Star Wars character without describing what they look like, their costume, or their role or profession in the film. This exercise shows how shallow the characters of the Prequel Trilogy are compared to those in the Original Trilogy:

A must see for all fans. These videos give me hope because there is nothing that J.J. can do with the franchise that would be worse than the three turds served up by Lucas for Episodes 1-3. Seriously.

There are reviews of all three movies here, all spot on and hilarious. You will never be able to see the Prequel Trilogy quite the same after these.
